Ed’s rich and diverse journey has taken him across countries including Australia, the USA, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and India. His contributions include:
Oversight of 75 schools, system wide performance monitoring and performance boosting approaches, school re-positioning and revitalisation projects, leader coaching. Many contributed to SCS achieving remarkable milestones, including its highest matriculation results, highest enrolment growth and the most ambitious capital works program in its history.
Guided the school through significant change and campus expansion. Introduced the IB Diploma Programme, a comprehensive co-curricular programme and global partnerships, achieving the highest enrolment and academic results in the school’s history to that point.

Focussing on high level educational decision making. Through the research, Ed learned the importance of distilling highly complex matters down to things which can be understand, rallied around and acted upon.
These studies gave an excellent grounding for work in faith-based organisations, as well as in international settings and global roles. Notre Dame University exemplifies excellence in all it does.
